According to project location which in a remote area, the design should consider using less cost maintenance elements, take into account constructability, to build most cost effectively and timeless process without sacrificing quality. Maximize the use of local materials which meet the quality, cost and time requirements of the project, and ensuring that state-of-art concepts and technologies are applied to the design
